一週間のお休みをいただき、選手達とムエタイの本場タイに行って来ました！

タイはとても暑く、呼吸をするだけでも息苦しさを感じる程の環境🥵

一週間の滞在中にみっつのジムを訪れたのですが、それぞれにプロの選手や超有名チャンピオン、超有名トレーナーがいて興奮の連続でした！

毎日過酷な環境でしたが向こうのトレーナー方に失礼のない様、みんな最後までしっかり練習してそれぞれに得るものがありました💪

私達トレーナーにとっても学ぶことが多くあり、それらを皆さまに還元するべく新しい試みを考えていますので今後もまたクレイジーゴリラジムをよろしくお願いします🙏

During this holiday, some of us from our gym traveled to Thailand, the birthplace of Muay Thai.

It was incredibly hot there, and the intense environment made workouts challenging. You could feel the air suffocating with every breath.

Throughout our week-long stay, we visited three gyms, each boasting professional fighters, renowned champions, and esteemed trainers, which was exhilarating!

Despite the demanding conditions, everyone pushed through and practiced diligently out of respect for the trainers. Each of us gained something valuable from the experience.

As trainers, we also recognize the importance of continuous learning. We're brainstorming new approaches to enrich everyone's experience, so please continue supporting Crazy Gorilla Gym in the future!
